Public Consultation
In advance of submitting a planning application, Statera hosted two community consultation events. The events provided detailed information about the proposed development and offered an opportunity to engage with the project team, ask questions, and share feedback.

Our public consultation events have finished and feedback is now open. We held two consultation events, one on 22nd January 2025 at Chalton Village Hall, LU4 9UL and one on 29th January at Wilkinson Hall, Toddington, LU5 6BN.
